Foods

The food recommendations listed here are general guidelines. You can't go wrong eating these foods but they may not be optimal for you. When in doubt.... remember your goals and pay attention to how you feel after eating. And always, pay attention to your emotions, feelings and thoughts. Are you hungry or bored? Read a book. Are you thirsty or hungry? Get a glass of room temperature lemon water. How long has it been since you last ate? You can actually go days without food. Would you rather go for a walk? Do it. Did you buy the food around the perimeter of the grocery store? I hope so. Is it in a foil package with colorful labeling? I hope not. And last but not least, don't avoid a food until you have tried it. Bone broth, liver pâte and kombucha are amazing. I promise!
